Chobe & Khwai Wildlife Photography

Join me on a special wildlife photography adventure to Chobe and then into the heart of the Okavango Delta.

We will start our adventure at Kasane International Airport, from where we will check into our Photographic Lodge. We will spend 2 nights here and enjoy water-based activities on the Chobe river photographing the many species of birds and river inhabitants (season dependent).

Our next destination will be a private camp in the Khwai Private Reserve. We will take a 90-minute private charter flight from Kasane International Airport to the Banoka Airstrip where we will be met by our guides. A short drive will bring us to our own private piece of heaven, The Khwai Private Photographic Camp where we will enjoy 4 nights of African magic.

• The importance of depth of field
• Slow shutter speed and panning
• The basics of birds in flight
• Low light and ISO control
• Camera and lens techniques
• Image management and development (as required)

The Khwai Private reserve is 200,000ha of pristine wilderness with Moremi to the south, Savuti to the North and the Khwai Community reserve on its eastern border. It is right in the middle of some of the most famous wildlife and game viewing areas in Botswana. The Khwai Private Reserve is set to become one of the premier wildlife photography destinations in Africa.

On our last morning, we will be transferred back to the airstrip to catch our private charter flight to Maun International Airport where you will be able to move to your next destination or make your way back home.
